If you’re also indulging in green foods and drinks, like green eggs, green beer, green candy, and green baked goods, you may notice your smile turning a bit green as well. Green food coloring can be a powerful staining agent.
There are ways to prevent green teeth this year, though! Opt for food-coloring-free foods such as corned beef and cabbage or naturally green fruits and vegetables. Choose drinks without the food coloring as well. This means skipping the green beer!
Tip: Dark beer can’t be dyed to look green.
