Los Angeles Pre-Paid Health Plan

The Los Angeles Pre-Paid Health Plan is a state-sponsored dental program offered in Los Angeles County.

Each member covered under the Los Angeles Pre-Paid Health Plan is assigned to a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) for receiving general dental services. Covered dental services from their PCD are provided with no co-payments by the member. Under this program administered by Access Dental Plan, the members also have access to a complete array of specialists, such as orthodontists, periodontists, etc.
