The company is willing to train individuals who demonstrate the ability to learn the business aspects of the operations, are highly responsible and are self motivated. The starting salary during the training period is $32k annually. Once the training period (up to 6 months) is completed and the company determines that the individual is able to work independently, the compensation will increase to $41K annually plus bonuses. The range of total compensation for managers at the company are from $60k to $80K annually. Health and dental benefits, paid vacations, life insurance and other benefits are also provided.
Specific Skills Required: Management Experience required! Computer proficiency on Windows 2000, Office 2000, Excel spreadsheet experience, Fax, copy machine and general office equipment abilities. Independent Action: Based on our organization’s vision and values, ability to exercise a high degree of independent decision making with sound judgment with little or no supervision. Leadership and the ability to influence are also important.
